Cindy Andruscavage | LMT
Cindy Andruscavage is a Licensed Massage Therapist who has been helping others on their wellness journeys since graduating from the Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy in Quakertown, PA, in 1997. Her passion for healing began in 1991 when her son was born prematurely and spent time in the NICU. There, she witnessed firsthand the power of touch as a compassionate nurse used infant massage to improve his vitals and promote healing. Inspired, Cindy learned infant massage techniques to support her son’s recovery—and her lifelong calling was born.
With a deep commitment to continuing education, Cindy has cultivated a wide range of skills to support clients of all ages and stages of life, including infants, adolescents, pregnant and postpartum individuals, oncology patients, and seniors. She customizes each session to her client’s unique needs, drawing from modalities such as Swedish and deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, Reiki, reflexology, and essential oil integration.
As a Reiki Master and certified massage Doula, Cindy blends intuition, experience, and evidence-based practices to create a nurturing and effective healing environment.
Outside the treatment room, Cindy finds joy in her garden, yoga practice, dancing, and reading.

Heather Seton | LMT
Heather was first certified as a massage therapist in 2001 and is a graduate of Baltimore School
of Massage, Baltimore, MD. After practicing for several years, Heather left massage to focus
full time on working in human services and has dedicated the bulk of her professional life to
advocating for victims and survivors of violent crime. Through her work with survivors, Heather
was led back to her love of massage and the healing that can happen through touch. Along the
way, Heather began to explore yoga and energy healing as well. In addition to being an LMT,
Heather is also certified as a Reiki Master Teacher and a Registered Yoga Teacher 200
Through her experience in human services, Heather brings a trauma-informed approach to her
work as a massage therapist. Her goal is to meet each client where they are and support them
wherever they are in their healing journey. She has a strong belief and understanding of the
interconnectedness of the mind and body and that healing comes through a variety of ways,
honoring the complexity and individuality of each of us.
When not at work, Heather enjoys being outside hiking or kayaking, or on her yoga mat.

She has been practicing massage therapy since 2013 after graduating from the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga. Some of Nikki’s favorite massage modalities that she has studied and likes to incorporate into her massage practice include: Deep Tissue, Thai, Trigger point, Hot stone, and herbal compresses. Robin Reynolds | LMT
Robin came to massage following years as a family member’s caregiver. It seemed the world was giving her messages repeatedly that she should become a massage therapist and she listened. She graduated from massage school in 2017 and embarked on her real learning journey. Her massage is best described as intuitive as she reads the subtle and sometimes not so subtle differences in the tissue. Naturally, her pressure runs medium to firm at a slow pace.
She enjoys massage, continually learning and meeting the clients who share their space with her.
Sophia Rineer | LMT
Sophia is a recently licensed massage therapist and graduate of the Lancaster School of Cosmetology & Therapeutic Bodywork. With a natural empathy and a deep desire to care for others, she has always felt called to help people feel their very best—mind, body, and spirit.
She offers a range of modalities tailored to each client’s individual needs. Whether you’re looking to unwind with soothing hot stones, and a relaxing Swedish massage, or you need focused therapeutic work such as deep tissue, with elements of myofascial release, or reflexology woven in, Sophia approaches every session with intention and care.
Her goal is to create a space where each client feels comfortable, supported, and deeply relaxed—not only finding relief in the moment, but experiencing lasting results in everyday life. She is passionate about helping clients release tension they may not even realize they’re holding.
Outside of the treatment room, Sophia enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with the people she loves, and adventuring with her best friend—her basset hound, Lola. She is committed to continual growth and lifelong learning, striving to expand her knowledge and skills with every experience.
