Root & Restore: An Herbal Self-Care Journal

This is a grounding workshop designed to help you create a personalized journaling system that truly supports your well-being. Instead of rigid perfectionism, we’ll focus on gentle observation such as learning how life stress, digestion, sleep, hydration, and herbal support interact with your body’s natural rhythms. You’ll leave with a flexible, compassionate journal framework you can return to again and again, using simple tools like daily check-ins, energy logs, tea-of-the-day notes, and realistic goal-setting to build deeper self-trust and awareness. No prior journaling or herbal experience is required, just a willingness to listen to your body.
