DIY Herb Smoke Bundles

DIY Herb Bundles is a hands-on workshop centered on working with herbs as allies for reflection, and energetic clearing.
Participants will create a personalized smoke cleansing bundle using fresh, locally grown plants such as sage, mugwort, lavender, mint, rosemary, and botanicals. Along the way, we’ll explore how different herbs, flowers, and resins have been used across cultures to create intentional smoke, both for practical purposes and spiritual grounding, while emphasizing respectful, informed alternatives to over harvested plants. The class also covers combining herbs for balance and intention, drying techniques, safe handling, and thoughtful ways to build a personal relationship with the plant world through creative practice. All materials are provided, and each participant will leave with a handcrafted bundle of their own design.
