This massage combines elements of Western medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and herbalism to reduce edema through stimulation of lymphatic drainage and to stimulate healthy circulation of blood and lymph, and energetic Qi.

A combination of techniques including acupressure, gentle massage, MLD, and cupping is used. During the session you will be asked to give feedback around acupressure points and trigger points identified during the session.
