Chair Yoga – One of the most accessible forms of yoga, Chair Yoga gets you off of the ground and supports you in your posture and movements. From our seat we will move slow, mindfully and bring focus into the breath and body. We will gently work on range of motion and sometimes get out of the chair and stand behind it and practice balance safely using the chair as a balance support to help strengthen this skill we all so very much need.
