Restorative Yoga in the Salt Room

Restorative Yoga – Restorative Yoga is yoga on the mat where we use comfy props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to ensure rest as we hold these poses for several minutes at a time to allow for full release of the body while being supported. Final Resting pose is held the longest of all and will incorporate Sound Healing while you rest.
