Yoga Nidra – Yoga Nidra literally means yoga nap. During these sessions we will incorporate mindful breathing practices, set an intention, incorporate some really gentle, brief stretches and then have you settle into your comfy space for the guided meditation or Nidra reading. The reading will be a little different each time however at the core is usually the same, guiding you through pauses of all different areas of the body, breath awareness and a brief journey themed around the time of year, season or moon cycle. 1 Hour of Yoga Nidra is believed to be equal to hours of deep sleep.
