Imagine stepping into a serene and cozy space, surrounded by the soothing aroma of dried herbs and the gentle sound of a bubbling brook. The atmosphere is inviting and calming, just what you need to escape the hustle and bustle of the Thanksgiving weekend.
Our Cacao Ceremony is a beautiful ritual that has been practiced for centuries by indigenous cultures in Central and South America. It’s a celebration of the cacao bean, revered for its heart-opening properties and the deep sense of connection it can foster.
As you settle into our sacred circle, you’ll be guided through a mindful and intentional experience. First, we’ll share a rich and warm cup of ceremonial-grade cacao, lovingly prepared to honor its tradition. This isn’t your average hot chocolate; it’s a delicious elixir made from pure cacao, often infused with healing herbs and spices. Sip it slowly and let its gentle energy infuse your being.
During the ceremony, we’ll invite you to set your intentions, creating a space for personal reflection and growth. You’ll be guided through meditation and gentle breathwork, allowing the cacao’s spirit to open your heart and elevate your consciousness.
Throughout the experience, you’ll also be experiencing the soothing and restorative benefits of a halotherapy session in our Community Salt Room. You can feel the tension melt away as you anticipate the magic of the cacao, breathe in the slightly salty air and the support of our knowledgeable facilitators, Meghan and Xtina of MX-Media.
After the ceremony, you’ll have the opportunity to share your insights and experiences with the group, fostering a sense of community and connection. It’s a beautiful way to connect with yourself, others, and the world around you.
