Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is yoga on the mat where we use comfy props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to ensure rest as we hold these poses for several minutes at a time to allow for full release of the body while being supported. Final Resting pose is held the longest of all and will incorporate Sound Healing while you rest. Dry Salt Therapy will be enjoyed during all of these sessions for an additional benefit for the respiratory, sinus and skin systems.
