Nidra Yoga January

Yoga Nidra literally means yoga nap. During these sessions we will incorporate mindful breathing practices, set an intention, incorporate some really gentle, brief stretches and then have you settle into your comfy space for the guided meditation or Nidra reading. The reading will be a little different each time. Dry Salt Therapy will be enjoyed during all of these sessions for an additional benefit for the respiratory, sinus and skin systems.
